first I am answering the question here, then send this FAQ to the correspondent.
I hope this FAQ will allow you to get all the answers before writing me and will save

A. First, decide whether are you the personality who is suitable for ruthless
breaking thru in the cyberspace, or not.
If you an ordinal consumer, who didn't clean your moral principles out of
pan-human values like religion, patriotism, loyality, need to be useful for
humanity and so on ? If you are, would you like to throw out this shit far
away out from your mind, using your own spiritual strength or appealing to
our help ?
If yes, read further, else do not apply for membership.
B. Download PGP v2.6.?i ('i' means 'International' - we don't trust US internal version!)
Download LovinGOD's PGP-key (UID=666).
Generate your own 2048-bit keypair
C. Download file ENEWBIE.ZIP (look STUFF/FILES branch on this site)
Fill in an Application form.
Read The Virmaker's Oath and swear to follow It.
D. Send filled application form, your virii sources and other virii/hacking related
sources if you have/want.
Pack all files into an archive (doesn't matter what packer will you use) and encrypt
with PGP using key UID=666
E. Wait from two days to two weeks for an answer.

[1.4] HOW TO ENCODE LETTER CORRECTLY.
DO NOT PACK FILE MORE THAN ONCE - like ZIP+PGP+UUE
'PGP -E FILENAME' creates encrypted binary
'PGP -EA FILENAME' creates encrypted ASCII text, which can be embedded into the
messagebody !!!
PGP is also packing files not worse than ZIP and ARJ.
[1.5] WHY USE noxyucT@usa.net INSTEAD OF OLD GOOD redline.ru ADDRESS ?
Coz I have free and fast 24 hours a day internet access and may not spend money
at my paid account. Use one@redline.ru or one@one.redline.ru if you
have problems to write usa.net, but delay will grow then. First SG page at
http://www.redline.ru/~one was removed by reason of access speed, besides, I feel
myself free when it's somewhere in USA.
[2] KNOWLEDGES
[2.1] WANNA JOIN, BUT HAVE ZERO KNOWLEDGES.
To become an actual STEALTH group member, you must write contemporary armed
DOS virus.
Anyway, you will be accepted as growing Candidate nevertheless your
knowledges are poor. You'll be granted all help if your Application form
show you as one of us (and the rare individual one).
If you ain't gonna be virmaker or just interested in this topic, you can
join our Support Group to promote H/P/V/C/A ideas and fullfill our art in
wild life ;) in your hometown or worldwide. We doesn't require 100% accordance
with our ideas, but your access will depend on your human and moral kinds.

[4.1] HOW TO GET FREE E-MAIL ADDRESS, HAVING DIALUP ACCOUNT
If you have an online access to the internet, you can get your
own free email on one of free servers. Dunno what FBI established it,
but you need no to worry if using PGP.
You can read, write and manage your email there thru web-interface, or
do it by POP3.
